I get acid reflux at night. How can I stop acid reflux at night without medication?

Give minimum 4 hours gap between eating and sleeping. Avoid alcoholic beverages and citrus drinks. Elevate head end of bed at least a foot up
Don't eat within 4 hours of going to bed, raise the head of the bed with blocks or bricks under the headboard. These techniques may not work though if you have a large hiatal hernia.
