“How can i help my symptoms ”
I have been having a lot of throat pain. And my tonsils have white spots all over them. My ears are throbbing and i’m having a super hard time breathing

Hi there, I’m sorry you aren’t feeling well. You seem to have pharyngitis, an infection of your throat. It can be caused by a virus or bacteria. The most common bacterial cause of your symptoms is Strep throat. It’s impossible to know whether viral or bacterial without a test. I’d recommend going to a medical provider to have a throat swab (this isn’t hard or painful, just like a q-tip getting a bit of saliva from your tonsils) tested for Strep throat. If the test is positive , you should be treated with antibiotics. In the meantime, most people find some relief from ibuprofen, warm fluids to drink like tea or soup, and throat lozenges. Have someone take you to an emergency room immediately if you are having significant trouble breathing. That problem must be addressed immediately. If necessary call 911.
