“How can we keep our kidneys healthy?”
Of course, there is a way to keep every organ of the body healthy, however I don't hear much about the kidneys. Could you suggest natural ways to maintain the health of kidneys?

Drink a lot of water. Go to bed before 10 pm to have 8 hours of sleep. Walnuts, cauliflower, lamb meat, bone soup. No hypertension, no diabetic problems.
