If you have back pain or notice a difference in range of motion when you rotate to either side then your spine might be misaligned and you might be in need of an adjustment. For more information check out our website at portolavalleychiro.com
There are several ways to determine if your spine is out of alignment. First, look at your posture. If your head or shoulders are too far forward or if you have too much sway in the lower back or if your shoulders or hips are uneven when looking in the mirror, you have misalignment. If you have pain in the spine or peripheral joints, you may have misalignment. The best
way to determine if there is misalignment(s) and what is causing it is to receive an examination from a qualified physician such as a Chiropractor or Orthopedic and have X-rays taken. X-rays are the gold standard for determining deviations from normal alignment.

Unless you have pain or stiffness, the only way to know if your spine is out of alignment is to be evaluated by a chiropractor.
