Look up Gamblers Anonymous or similar organizations online- they can provide resources to help address this.
It's not my area of specialty so you need to see a counselor that specializes in gambling addiction. Many "addictions" have commonalities to them, for example the activity can often increase dopamine levels, causing a pleasurable experience or a rush feeling. You need to see a professional to see if you have another, untreated, mental health diagnosis such as depression. If that is the case you will have to address both your depression and your gambling addiction. I wish you the best.
Gambling is an addiction and it requires work and support. I recommend as an addiction specialist these steps...... start attending gamblers anonymous meetings in person or online, obtain a sponsor, and start working
