My head always hurts all day everyday ears are clogged up in my neck hurts. What can I do?

Seek out a practiitioner of low level laser therapy that is good at assessing neck issues. Your problems sound like they are linked to myoses in your neck muscles.
You can take exception for your headaches! Is sounds like you have muscle spasms in your neck, that is producing most of your problems! I would recommend an Osteopathic physician who does Manuel manipulation to alleviate your symptoms! Blessings
Your symptoms require the evaluation of a good primary care doctor. There are many things that could be causing your headaches, and neck pain. Including stress, anxiety, and depression. A good doctor can look in your ears and evaluate the problem. See a regular physician. Do not go to the ER for this kind of evaluation.
