“How do I remove denture adhesive from my gums?”
I am a 51 year old male. I want to know how can I remove denture adhesive from my gums?

Use 2"x2" cotton gauze to wipe it off. Use the minimum needed to provide adhesion and clean the gums and denture every day (you can scrape it off with a knife inside the denture or gauze). If the denture is over 8-10 years old, you need a new denture because there has been bone loss in that period of time.
Great question. For those who have denture adhesive stuck to their gums, the solution is to wipe it off. It helps if you first rinse with hot water to loosen the adhesive. You can then use a toothbrush (although do not brush too hard and hurt your gums), a washcloth, or paper towel. It can be a challenge, but stick with it.
Hope this helps.
