I am a 16 year old male. I want to know how do I stop blinking out my contacts?

You need to go back to the eye doctor who fit you with those contact lenses because it sounds like they are not a good fit for you. You can be fit in another brand of contact lenses to try and get a better fit.
Most probably the lenses are not fitted properly. Visit your eye doctor for a re-evaluation to determine the cause.
Your eyes may be dry. So, get dry eye treatment first and don’t sleep in contacts.
