I have fatigue after general anesthesia. How do you beat fatigue after general anesthesia?

Generally speaking the fatigue is most likely due to the procedure itself and recovery. Even though you don’t recall the procedure, your body underwent a stressful event. The response to the stress and the body repairing and healing are fatiguing. The best way to manage it, is to acknowledge it and give yourself the the time to heal.

Unfortunately, there is no great answer to this question. Fatigue is a very general symptom with many causes. Do whatever you typically do that makes you feel energized…healthy food, adequate water, good rest, etc.
After Surgery Your body's been through TRAUMA! You need to rest, that is why you're Fatigued. REST is the Best Medicine. Listen to your Body!
Get enough rest. There is not much else you can do.
