My daughter is very aggressive. How do you deal with an aggressive child?

This is hard to answer without knowing more about the situation with your daughter, her age, the exact behaviors, whether they occur in general or just with you and other factors involved. Perhaps you could provide more information so I can better direct you?
Her pediatrician might want to do some workup to make sure nothing is physically wrong. If nothing shows up it might also be helpful for her to see a psychiatrist to see what they recommend. There are a few medications that can sometimes help with aggression.
