“How do you fix acid reflux at home?”
I have acid reflux and want to treat it. How do you fix acid reflux at home?

Do not eat close to bedtime. Do not go to bed with a full stomach ( a lot of people have symptoms at night).
Use Tums or other antacids, lose weight (if you are overweight), avoid large meals, Avoid caffeine, chocolate, peppermint etc.
