The way to increase protein levels include meat, fish, poultry, eggs, legumes, soy products. Eating a balance diet full of dairy, protein and whole-grain carbohydrates would be fine. Thank you
The first question is whether you have liver or kidney problems causing protein loss. If not you can eat more protein in the form of red meat or chicken or fish to increase your serum proteins.
