How do you inject a local anesthetic into a wound?

I am a 29 year old male. I want to know how do you inject a local anesthetic into a wound?

You do not inject in the wound, but around in the normal tissue.
Depending on the location and size of the wound, we can just squirt local anesthetic into the wound or inject the wound with a needle as we normally do. Again, depending on the location and size, we can do a regional nerve block to block the whole area of the wound.
Best wishes.

With a needle and syringe. Either directly into the wound or infiltrated by injecting through the skin around the wound site.
25 Gauge needle and syringe.
You should be a qualified medical professional to do such a thing.
