A physician anesthesiologist will evaluate your health and discuss choices (if there are any) of anesthesia for your planned surgery. The anesthesiologist can describe how you will feel during and after anesthesia care.
Calming exercises. Meditation and good sleep.
Hello,

It's a great question! Please optimize your nutrition, sleep cycle and exercise daily for several weeks or more. Take proper supplements. Vit C, Vit. E, Vit D, multivitamin, iodine, zinc and N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC). Hydrate with electrolyte drinks (gatoraid) and water well before surgery.
To prepare a patient for anesthesia there are several considerations to keep in mind. If the patient is anxious they will usually get medicine to calm their nerves before surgery. If the patient has risk factors for getting nauseous after surgery then prophylactic medication is given to prevent that. Also, oral medications can be given to help with pain relief prior to surgery if the patient and the surgery warrant such premedication.
