need to go to the dentist and see a hygienist remove tartar for there is no way to remove it by yourself.

I do not recommend removing calculus on your own as you can damage both your teeth and gums. It is best to see your dentist or hygienist for that service.
Calculus needs to be removed by a dentist. Afterward, you can maintain a better oral hygiene so you don’t get calculus anymore.
If you do brush teeth after every meal and before go to bed, you may not have calculus deposit, and no need to go to dentist. If you already have calculus, do one-time calculus removal at dentist office and do the brushing thing.
