How do you sleep after oral surgery?

I am a 38 year old male. I want to know how do you sleep after oral surgery?

The answer to your question depends on the type of surgery you have and your individual health and oral issues. Your dentist or oral surgeon should discuss this with you during your initial consult, and again at the completion of your procedure. If you receive sedation, he or she may also go over this with the person who brings you. In our office, you will also receive a phone number to call in the evening should you have a question after surgery, along with a page of post-op instructions. 
For the first few days you sleep with 2 pillows to maintain your head up about 30 to 60 degree angle. The reason is to keep the swelling go down instead of upward to your eyes.
