How do you sleep with a pulled rib muscle?

I am a 19 year old male. I want to know how can I sleep with a pulled rib muscle?

First, the rib needs to be in its proper alignment. Second, you can use a rib belt. Third, you can use ice for as many cycles as you want,10 minutes
Very gingerly. Try to find the most comfortable position. Usually that will be on the opposite side of the pulled muscle. You can alternate heat and ice before bed and use ice pack on that area when you go to sleep. You can take anti-inflammatory medication as well that may help you sleep. See your chiropractor for additional therapy. It should heal in a couple weeks.

Whichever position allows you to sleep comfortably is the best choice.
