Take ibuprofen 600mg and extra strength Tylenol every 8 hours if you are not allergic . If that not help, call your dentist.

Hi! Root canaled teeth can be fairly tender or painful the next day or two after the procedure is performed. If you can, taking 500 mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) with 600 mg of Advil (ibuprofen) every 4-6 hours as you need for the pain should help. If it doesn't, contact the doctor who did the root canal and let them know. Hope you feel better soon!
