How do you test for gluten sensitivity?

I am a 33 year old female. I want to know how do you test for gluten sensitivity?

There is no commercial test for this because there is no agreed-upon definition for this condition. It is not clear if this is even a legitimate disease. There is certainly debate about it in medical circles. We don't consume gluten in isolation. It is always accompanied by other proteins and carbohydrates, which are well know to also cause symptoms. Bottom line is that when someone without celiac disease complains of GI symptoms when on a gluten-containing diet, it is very difficult to know or confirm if the symptoms are arising from gluten or something else in the diet.
