“How do you treat OCD at home?”
I was diagnosed with OCD. I want to treat it. How do you treat OCD at home?

You need some guidance with cognitive behavioral approach, there are so many books, if sxs are not amenable to psychotherapy you may have to consider meds as the combination has a better out come , Psychotherapy is the main treatment
You can get an access to telepsychiatry and be treated while staying at home, unless symptoms are too severe.
