How do you treat facial scars?

I am a 27 year old female. I want to know how do you treat facial scars? I had a rhinoplasty 3 months ago.

The question is too broad to answer. It depends on the location and extent of the scar, age, and quality of the scar, as well as your ethnicity.
Is your scar related to the rhinoplasty? If so, nasal columellar scars usually heal well over time. That time can take up to a year for full scar maturation/improvement. If the scar is deteriorating instead of improving during this time, like keloid formation, development of hypertrophy (thickening), or hyperpigmentation (darker color), there are options that can be offered to you. Local Kenalog (steroid) injections can help with keloid formation and hypertrophy. Bleaching creams and lasers treatments can help with hyperpigmentation. The best course of action is to visit a board-certified plastic surgeon to perform an assessment to consider if you will be a good candidate for any of these options or perhaps even a surgical scar revision.
