I am a 35 year old male. I want to know how do you treat psychotic disorders?

Depending on if it's caused by an illness or drugs, you have to take antipsychotic medications.
Medications. The ones used nowadays have fewer side effects than older ones.
The first step is to diagnose and treat any psychosis caused by medical issues (i.e., infection, head trauma, drug effects, metabolic disorders, etc.). But once transient causes are reversed or ruled out, the treatment is generally with anti-psychotic medication and other psychiatric therapies.
