I am a 44 year old male. I want to know how does your pulse feel during a heart attack?

There is no particular way your pulse feels during a heart attack. Depending on the nature of the attack it could be slow, fast, regular, irregular, weak or normal. I am assuming you mean by a heart attack a coronary artery thrombosis and/or occlusion.
