Abdominal trauma should be worked up by a trauma surgeon. You could talk to your primary care doctor to refer you to somebody.

That is a very wide-ranging question. Management of abdominal trauma depends on the mechanism (blunt as in a car wreck or penetrating such as a gunshot or knife), associated injuries, and the physiologic effects. Evaluation of trauma should include a visit to the emergency room, physical exam, and imaging, including an ultrasound and possibly a CT scan.
