you can wash your face after a day but do not let water pour into your eyes as tap water is not sterile. Frank Cao
Washing your face and showering is usually permitted after a few days following the surgery. However, you should follow the instructions given by your surgeon for the post-operative period.
The next morning, gentle liquid soap, use running water, don't rub
As long as you close your eyes you should be able to carefully wash your face.
