There are many contributing factors that determine the life span of a dental appliance : 1) were you a good candidate for one ( the health of your teeth and the surrounding oral structures ) 2) The proper design for your mouth 3)The quality of the materials ( acrylic, metal & teeth ) & the labs used to fabricate the appliance 4) Of Course , your oral hygiene for both your teeth & partial and maintaining your regular dental check-ups )
