In theory a Brazilian butt lift can last as long as you live. The fat transferred is your own tissue, which means that it will grow and shrink as you go through life just like fat on other parts of your body. Over time, pressure can affect the viability of the transferred fat, just like pressure can affect other parts of the body. Also, over time, fat is resorbed and redistributed. These changes may make it appear as though the butt lift does last; however, these are just the changes that come with time.

I am sorry, I have no experience with this particular procedure. However, this can be permanent. If you exercise, watch your eating, and just adhere to your post-procedure instructions.
