The duration of a kidney biopsy is 15 to 30 minutes. The recovery is 24 hours. You can go back to work after 24 hours unless your healthcare provider tells you otherwise. Also, you can return to all your normal activities after two to three days after the procedure. Thank you.
Based on body size, Blood pressure issues but over all procedure it self takes 30 mts but need to observe for 4-5 hrs to see any bleeding complications. Typically after 4/5 hrs they will check blood count before discharging
