I am using a bunion splint for my bunions on both feet. How long does it take for a bunion splint to correct?

Probably never will correct your bunion.
Depends on the body's healing ability. Minimum of 12 weeks.
Unfortunately, a bunion split will never reverse that pathology of a bunion.

Surely could not say. How bad is the issue, how long, what else are you doing to change it? Suggest taking pictures now and every month. Will be interesting to document and see how you change.
