I had a dental implant surgery 4 days ago. It still hurts. How long does it take for a tooth implant to stop hurting?

Pain stops usually 48-72 Hours after implant placement. This is to be expected, and is normal. Some minor discomfort usually last 7 to 10 days. See your dentist if pain persist longer or is unbearable.
This will depend on what was done during surgery. If it’s still hurting, with no improvement, call you dentist.
