4-6 weeks gives you an indication of your treatment results. Most individuals that have had this treatment usually require 3 months of gum maintenance.

I advanced cases, it could take 2 to 3 weeks. If you had root planing and feel like it's taking too long, call your dentist and him or her, take a look to assure you healing accordingly.
