Everyone is different. Most people find vision a little blurry right after surgery but each day it gets clearer and clearer. If it was an uncomplicated and routine cataract surgery, most people are seeing clearly within a week. If you have other issues with your eyes such as dry eyes, retina or corneal issues, it may take longer for your vision to recover. Your Ophthalmologist will follow you and ensure that you are healing well and that there are no other issues.
Usually to completely heal is about 6 weeks.
About 3 months to completely heal. Most regular activities can begin within 1 to 2 days, light exercise after 2 weeks, regular exercise after a month.
In general, an uncomplicated cataract surgery heals in 6 weeks or so. There may be issues specific to you that could influence this timing. Please discuss these explicitly with your surgeon.
I am not sure what “completely healed” means. However, your vision is better within a few days. You are on eyedrops for a few weeks. Your glasses get changed at about a month. Your surgeon is responsible for three months of postoperative care. SO
6 weeks, in general. Most people are mostly healed within the first two-three weeks.
