This depends on many factors, i.e., density of the person's bone in the jaw, length and diversion of the roots, the location and others, but in the hands of a skilled practitioner, it should only take a few minutes.
Surgical extraction are dependent upon the position of the tooth and anatomy, concerns which the surgeon may establish.
10 min to am hour depending how easy or difficult it will be.
Couple of minutes to an hour or so. It depends.
