Depends on fx location and severity. Typical bone healing is 6-10 weeks, 12-16 for ligaments and tendons
There are different types of elbow fractures that can take differIng times to heal. In general, fractures requiring surgery take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to heal. Some fractures require strict immobilization and others require early movement. It could take 3 months plus before you are back to normal.

It depends upon the type and location of the elbow fracture. Many fractures can heal in 6 to 8 weeks some take up to three months. Depending upon the type and location and severity of the injury it might take six months and sometimes even up to a full year to regain function, motion and strength in the arm.
