It all depends on the size and location. Could be as short as 20 minutes or as long as a few hours. If it's being done in an office, chances are it will be toward a shorter time.
Should It take very long less than 30 minutes probably, but it can depend on the Size and location of the cyst.
The removal of the cyst depends on its size and location. Some cysts are directly attached to the root hence removed with a tooth. Surgery timing will vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
