I have stiffness after ACL surgery. It's been 2 months. How long does stiffness last after ACL surgery?

You need to work with your physical therapist, orthopedic surgeon, and a home exercise program to regain your motion and strength. Stiffness and swelling can last 12-16 weeks. To heal takes 4-5 months, to return to sports can take 6-12 months.

At least 3-6 months. Most people struggle with something until 9 months. PT is very important for this!
