The length of surgery will depend of the complexity of the facial rejuvenation. Facial rejuvenation is more than a lift. Several components will need to be added to give you a true rejuvenation. Deep Midfacelift, deep neck lift, fat grafting, upper an lower eyelid surgery, facial implants etc add time and complexity to the procedure. Skin-only lift can take 2-3 hours. A more complex procedure can take 5-8 hours. Everything will depend of your evaluation and your aesthetic goals.

Hello thank you for the question ! It depends on the operator and the operation! If it is a facelift / neck lift only, it takes me about 3.5 to 4 hours to complete , if it requires other add on procedures such as fat grafting and or eyelid surgery or skin resurfacing it can take a little longer .
