After spinal fusion you will need to continue physiotherapy for atleast 1 year. You can learn all the exrecises you need to do safely within 4 to 6 weeks of physiotherapy and then you must continue the exercises at home for up to one year.

It depends on your mobility and pain level. I would think about 4 weeks.
