The surgery is usually about an hour.

Great question! If there is good jaw bone, the procedure under local anesthesia is around 20-30 mins for 2 implants. If under sedation, there is additional time needed to recover from IV sedation/anesthesia. Of course, at Ridge Oral Surgery & Dental implants, we always perform a thorough History, exam and 3D scan for all implant patients to ensure the highest safety and accuracy for all treatments.

It depends on whether you just need implants or any other grafting procedure along with it. Most times, they should not take more than 2-3 hours.
