If you DON'T have any sign/symptom of cardiovascular disease (heart attack, stroke, TIA, peripheral vascular disease, etc.), it is very debatable if you need to take it at all!
It should be a lifetime medication due to your medical history of diabetes, chronic kidney disease, elevated lipids and hypertension.
Hello,

It depends what the indication for Aspirin was in your case. If for primary thrombotic events prevention, current indications are very limited. If for secondary prevention, could be lifelong term. You should discuss with the doctor who ordered you the Aspirin.

Unless you have coronary artery disease, a stroke, peripheral vascular disease, or atrial fibrillation, the regular use of low dose aspirin is controversial especially since it can be associated with bleeding.
