Bleeding after no surgery could last anywhere from 2 to 5 days. If you feel that the bleeding is excessive contact your plastic surgeon and asked to be seen for follow up.
Blood dripping after rhinoplasty is expected usually within 24 hours. Continuous bleeding longer than 48 hours you should contact your surgeon.
