I am a 29 year old female. I want to know how long should you let a nose bleed before going to the hospital?

Great question, but tough to answer. It is never appropriate for a Dr. to tell you when you should or shouldn't go to the hospital or ER. Your emergency is different than mine. Nose bleed? If you can pinch your nose together about 1/2 up from the tip and hold it for 10 minutes (firmly), that normally stops bleeding. But again, there are a million and one reasons for a nose bleed...
