Most patients only rest one day. Many only rest the day of their procedure taking a 3 hour nap immediately then going to sleep early, waking up with excellent vision the very next morning. The next day most patients are fine to return to work, drive, shower, use their computer, watch TV.

Usually only a few days suffice. Ask your surgeon what he suggests.
