I am a 27 year old male. I want to know how many hours a day should you wear a back brace?

Considering your age, as little as possible
Only with aggressive use.
I don’t recommend it for chronic or acute back pain. If for fracture, 6 weeks.
It depends on the reason for the back brace. If for fracture, 23 hrs. If for back pain, as much as you need to, especially when working.
