I am a 25 year old female. I want to know how many times can you get a rhinoplasty?

It depends on what is being done. If more cartilage is being removed then not many.
Preferably once. Sometimes a secondary rhinoplasty can be done but usually requires a longer procedure and recovery time is longer as well well
You should only ever need one rhinoplasty, unless you have unexpected complications or need a minor touch-up. Sometimes a poor cosmetic result has to be corrected but having multiple procedures requires a lot of introspection as to your motives.

Each time you get a rhinoplasty, the more difficult it is and the higher the risk for complications. There is no fixed number, but it depends on skill and experience of doctor
