Once a day THOROUGHLY with thread flossing snd proper brushing.
Twice a day is the norm but an easier way to clean your bridgework would be with airflosser or waterpik
The recommendation for flossing is once per day. Just like natural teeth a bridge can collect bacteria around it and needs to be cleaned.
A dental bridge needs extra care because it is a three-piece structure, and it usually holds more plaque. Ideally you should floss at least twice a day, most importantly before bedtime. A good tool to help with the cleaning of your bridge is waterpik.
You should floss under the bridge with a floss threader at least once a day. If you would like you can use a waterpik to get under the bridge. If you use a waterpik(any model will work, so the least expensive one) brushe your teeth first, spit out excess tooth paste DON’T rinse. Then use the waterpik the residual tooth paste has abrasives in it and will help clean the underside of the bridge. This may work better than flossing.
Flossing should be done at least once per day. For bridgework, you should use a dental floss threader, obtainable at any drugstore.
I would recommend to floss around and underneath a dental bridge at least once daily. You can also use a Waterpik to irrigate, rinse and dislodge larger pieces of food from around your bridge.

The #1 cause of dental bridge loss/failure is tooth decay, or a cavity, forming at the interface between the bridge and your tooth. This area is around the gum lines. Dental plaque accumulation is what fuels this decay and potential bridge loss so flossing and Waterpik-ing at least daily will help you to keep your dental bridge for a long, long time!
