“How should I manage my symptoms?”
I woke up with a severe headache and high fever but no coughing or runny nose. A few weeks prior I felt some sensitivity to light. Today I feel my fingers are getting numb. What should I do?

You definitely need to seek in-person medical care as this could represent a whole host of different problems.
With a headache and high fever, please go to the emergency room!
