How should I sleep after getting a dental implant?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how should I sleep after getting a dental implant?

Generally not on your stomach. Best with an extra pillow behind you.
It is best to keep your head in an elevated position for at least 72 hours after the dental implant surgery. To elevate your head, pull yourself up onto pillows in your bed. If that sounds uncomfortable, you can also try sleeping in a recliner for a few days after your procedure.
Unless the dentist gave you a special instruction, no special sleeping position is required, consider a dental implant is another tooth.
