Soft foods for 24-48 hrs. The cement needs time to fully harden.
It is always best to ask your dentist for their advice. Different types of cement have different setting times.
You can eat on a new dental bridge after the cement has sufficiently hardened. That is usually about 1 hour after the bridge is inserted.
