How to combat foot pain?

I recently got a job, and my feet end up in terrible pain during and after work. I can't sit down, so that's not an option. I don't really have any problems, except occasional back pain. It's mainly my feet, and it's affecting my performance badly. I need to be faster at my job. I do workout and have well fitted shoes, so I don't think that's my issue.

I recommend that you see a local podiatrist, to talk and go over the history of your condition. usually, orthotics are the answer for your story. There may be other ailments involved, such as structure issues with feet, tendonitis, old injuries that are trigger by your new job, gait issues, etc...
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options
I would start with some GOOD arch supports for your shoes (no, Dr. Scholl's and other over-the-counter arch supports are not good enough to help). If the pain persists, you should try evaluating the shoes you are wearing, and try to find more supportive shoes for the type of work you do. If those things do not help, visit you local Podiatrist for evaluation and treatment of your issues.
Not enough info to help. Please see a podiatrist.
